Claimants often pursue roles in saturated or declining sectors, while employers struggle to fill roles in high-demand areas like healthcare, logistics, or construction.

This dashboard answers that question by combining claimant intent (collected digitally) with market data (via API), delivering actionable insight in real time.
We built a simple Microsoft Form containing:
